Rosary Primary School

My artwork shows an Aboriginal boy and a newcomer Australian girl, that are holding the sky, Earth and water together for carrying it to the future under one sky, for yesterday, today and tomorrow. There are kangaroo tracks that symbolises moving on but not forgetting the past. The night sky has Aboriginal symbols meaning man and woman. The artwork that I made is trying to show that we can bring Australia to a way better tomorrow, together under one sky.

Reconciliation means…

To come together to recognise the past and to help connect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with non-Aboriginal people to make Australia a more positive place.
